Retail participation, Indonesia’s stable S&P rating, rupiah stability and solid 1H26 earnings supported the rally. Entering August, the market retains positive momentum, although investors should monitor MSCI’s review, the BI governor succession and 2Q26 GDP. We remain constructive but selective in August. Our top picks are ASII, BBCA, BMRI, BULL, CMRY, AMMN, ARCI, ELSA, INKP and EXCL.
