1. UTRADE Secure Mobile App ("this App") shall only be used for the purpose of authenticating clients' registered mobile devices only.
2. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited ("UOB Kay Hian") shall not store any fingerprint information, any Face ID information or any information stored in clients' registered mobile devices.
3. Transactions/communication over internet (including but not limited to email exchange between you and UOB Kay Hian) may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission and incorrect data transmission and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. UOB Kay Hian shall not be held liable for any loss and damages incurred by you as a result thereof. Further, UOB Kay Hian is not liable for malfunctions in communications facilities (whether or not they are under UOB Kay Hian's control) that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages and transactions you send or receive.
4. UOB Kay Hian has the right and sole discretion to determine and vary from time to time the scope of this App to be made available including, without limitation:
   1. expanding, reducing, modifying, suspending or even terminating this App at any time;
   2. imposing, revising and varying any restrictions on the use of this App.
5. You represent that you are the legal owner of any accounts and related information that may be accessed via this App. You represent and agree that all information you provide in connection with your use of this App is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.
6. UOB Kay Hian does not represent or warrant that:
   1. this App will meet your requirements;
   2. access to this App or the functions contained in this App will be uninterrupted or error-free;
   3. there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information; and/or
   4. no viruses, harmful components or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your mobile phone.
7. You have the sole responsibility for adequate protection of your mobile phone and back up of data. Your use of this App and any materials or services downloaded or otherwise obtained via this App is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage resulting from their use.
8. UOB Kay Hian shall not be liable to any loss/ damage, directly or indirectly, incurred arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to improper use of the registered mobile device, embezzlement or password leakage or hacking, etc.
